Best Western PLUS Vineyard Inn and Suites Recognized as the Customer Care Champion in the Northeast US

PENN YAN, NY (May 2, 2017) -- The Best Western PLUS Vineyard Inn and Suites in Penn Yan, NY received the Champion Customer Care Award at Best Western® Hotels & Resorts’ District VII Meeting held recently in National Harbor, Maryland. The award was presented in front of several hundred District VII Best Western hoteliers from Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, District of Columbia, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Maine, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island and Quebec.

This honor is bestowed upon those member properties that demonstrate and best exemplify exceptional levels of service and care. The hotels must also meet quality and design standards and other membership requirements to qualify.

The Best Western PLUS Vineyard Inn and Suites was recognized as receiving the highest customer service survey responses out of the 313 hotels in its district, the top hotel in New York State, and placed third amongst the 842 Best Western PLUS and Best Western Premier hotels in all of North America. The Penn Yan hotel is one of only 101 hotels out of more than 2,100 properties in the U.S. and Canada to receive this designation this year.
